The largest real estate market players were present on the international investment forum in Cannes. BPS International group presented a number of innovative projects in the sphere of social business at the exhibition stand of the Ministry of regional development.

The most attention was paid to the concept of the Regional center of gerontology and geriatric rehabilitation «Denezhnikovo» developed by the branch BPS Medical and the architectural group BPS Planung.

The project allows for reconstruction of a derelict summer camp near Domodedovo airport with the subsequent transformation into a world-class medical center. After reconstruction of the existing buildings and construction of the new buildings the unified complex will be created. It will meet the requirements of modern geriatric medicine.

The «Denezhnikovo» center includes two blocks for 240 persons connected by the multifunctional center with an assembly hall, a hall for remedial gymnastics, a reception zone, a cafe and a restaurant. The concept of the center assumes comfortable accommodation of elderly people with a possibility of rehabilitation after serious illness and operations.


The project was initiated by the businessman Alexander Klevtsov who has already successfully implemented the construction project of Russia's first private park-hotel for elderly people "Monino".

The Denezhnikovo center was presented as one of the main Russian infrastructure projects along with such major construction projects as «Smart City Kazan", "Volgograd City", «Youzhny» airport in Rostov-on-Don and «Resorts of the North Caucasus».

Markus Mayer, the general director of BPS International, noted: “The presentation of «Denezhnikovo» center attracted great interest of investors and officials; this led to focused negotiations and participations in discussions and round-table conferences. Such projects do not only have social value but they also represent perspective niches in the real estate market”.
