Ferronordic Machines expanded its office in Country Park

Ferronordic Machines, a tenant of Country Park since 2010, renegotiated its tenancy agreement for a long term. Now the office is located on two floors of an office building of class “A” "Country Park II» that was erected in the second construction phase of the project. This agreement demonstrates the current trend: all the tenants remain and grow with Country Park.

The company Ferronordic Machines is the official dealer of Volvo Construction Equipment and Terex Trucks in Russia, dealer of service maintenance for Volvo and Renault Trucks, as well as Volvo Penta dealer for servicing industrial and marine engines in some regions of Russia. The staff of the company is over 750 people, the regional network has more than 70 offices.

The total area of "Country Park II» is 10.900 sq. m. In addition to the offices, the building includes a shopping gallery, cafe, support services, and art gallery. Foreign and regional organizations that have not yet made a decision about opening a large office in Moscow are offered a concept of apartment-office with a complete set of services.

Architectural features of the building are big open terraces, where greenery can be planted, and a flow-through atrium with a glass roof that facilitates daylight illumination. “Country Park II” was a finalist of the annual CRE Moscow Awards 2010 in the nomination “Multi-functional complex”.

Since 2004 the headquarters of such companies as VOLVO, Porsche, Mercedes Benz, BMW, SC Jonson, Nutricia, Kӓrcher, Yokohama, Nokian Tyres, etc. have been located in “Country Park”.
