“Country Park Clinic” is the Innovation of the Year Award Winner!

The experts have recognized “Country Park Clinic” as the Best Debut Object 2015. The Award ceremony was held in the context of the International Investment Forum “ProEstate”.

The “Good Innovations” contest marks the most successful real estate innovations. The medical center “Country Park Clinic” became the first object in Russia which had been created with the help of the BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology.

BIM is a fundamentally new approach to the project development and property management. According to this technology the future building is developed as a three-dimensional model being an information environment which is filled with all the architectural, design, engineering and economic data. As a result a precise virtual copy of the future building is created.

With the help of BIM a medical center of the new generation was built in the Moscow region which had been designed with the regard for the modern tendencies in the field of diagnosing and treating complicated diseases. Moreover the precise virtual copy allows to efficiently operate the object and to cut down expenses through the whole life cycle of the property – it is possible to try out different layouts in real-time, to constantly improve logistics and the technology of the medical processes.

The technical areas of the medical center take only 9% of the total building area. This could be achieved thanks to a more compact spatial arrangement of the engineering equipment. Thus “Country Park Clinic” has made an absolute record among health care facilities. On average the technical zone in buildings of this type takes 15-25% of the whole area.

The organizers of the “Good Innovations” contest are the “Russian Guild of Property Managers and Developers” (the RGMD) and the Organizing Committee of the “ProEstate” International Real Estate Investment Forum. The contest initiator is the Expert Council for Innovation on the Real Estate Market of the RGMD.

The medical center is a common project of BPS International and the leading German medical centers, among them the famous Charité University Clinic in Berlin. “Country Park Clinic” provides two surgery rooms equipped with the latest technology, an inpatient department with 27 beds and a diagnostic department for MRI, CT, X-ray and ultrasound investigations. The idea behind the project is to provide medical services of the highest quality standards with a transparent pricing.

“Country Park Clinic” is a part of the “Country Park” business cluster that previously has won prestigious awards, among them the GREEN AWARDS (as the most resource-efficient and environment-minded object) and the CRE AWARDS 2014 (as the best object of the year in the category of multifunctional centers).
