Architecture
The warm tones of the building's facing emphasize the soaring modern architecture. Two triangular smokeproof stairways located on two sides of the building are not only important architectural elements, but also allow quick evacuation of employees in case of fire.
The elevator and utility shafts form a powerful load-bearing element in the center of the building. Toilet facilities at each floor level are adjacent to them. This solution allows substantial savings on rentable area and creates the minimum number of obstacles in open space planning.
