Eco-Excursion in Country Park
26.04.2012 The 3rd Business Showroom in construction innovations devoted to the environmental friendliness of the facilities being under construction has just been finished. The event was organized by the Guild of Managers and Developers and gathered the key players of the real estate market on April 19-20.
Today the developers are expected to present innovative products. Energy saving technologies, use of natural construction materials, planting and gardens on roofs – creating ecological and comfortable space for work and recreation is becoming a new demand of the society.
The two-days-forum in the Country Park, which became one of the first “green” projects in Russia, is finished. Ecological architecture, roof gardens, disposal facilities, use of electric cars, a comfortable embankment with summer cafes and yacht moorages, utilization and recycling of heat, purification of sewage – all of these make an incomplete list of the “green” solutions.
The participants of the business excursion not only familiarized themselves with the Country Park territory but also visited the technical premises of the complex. In particular, they learned about the integrated power supply system enabling efficient use of the power resources.
The key point of the conversation was a discussion concerning the Russian legislation. What preferences can obtain the “pioneers” of eco-development from the state?
