High Level Delegation from Bavaria Visited Country Park in Khimki

01.11.2012 On October 17, Country Park Business Center in Khimki, Moscow Area, was visited by a group of high-ranking officials from Bavaria. The purpose of the visit was to get an insight into the infrastructure projects successfully implemented in Russia.

The delegation team was represented by the most authoritative officials of Bavaria. They included Director of the Ministry of Finance Rainer Bauer, Director of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Public Health Monika Kratzer, Director of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Infrastructure, Transport and Technologies Rudolf Escheu and many others. 

Russia and Bavaria are in close economic partnership, so the purpose of the visit was to get an insight into the most successful infrastructure projects. Aside from Country Park, the officials also visited Knauf production site in Krasnogorsk and met the executives of Skolkovo Innovation Center, Chairman of the Moscow City Duma Vladimir Platonov and Vice-Principal of the Moscow State University Alexey Khokhlov.

The visit schedule covered a number of real estate development and IT projects of BPS International. They included Stary Gorod (Old Town) low-rise urban quarter reviving the spirit of the historic European cities; an innovative nursery school to be built in Khimki using “green” technologies; Country Park Hotel & Spa.

Dr. Philip Walter, Head of BPS Medical, presented the concept of Russia’s first private clinic integrated in Country Park that is completely in line with the German standards for healthcare centers. The Country Park Clinic project is being implemented in partnership with the leading medical centers of Germany, including Charité university clinic, Berlin.

The delegation team from Bavaria showed interest in high-tech projects of BPS, such as KinderPhone mobile app included by The Guardian into the list of the top best smartphone apps.
