Architectural innovations in Moscow

Chief architect of BPS International group of companies Dmitriy Kats has spoken at the conference which was organized in the course of the investment forum Expo Real in Munich. The session was opened by the chief architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov.

Moscow can hardly be compared with any other city in the world by the quantity of interesting projects. According to the chief architect of the city, 20 tenders were held for execution of significant projects within two years only. The theme of innovative solutions was presented by Dmitri Kats: "Everyone knows that it is necessary to apply new technologies. But then the question arises: how to use technological innovations effectively? For example, technical spaces in multifunctional complexes occupy 15% of the total floor space. This indice in our projects is around 7%. It is a significant cost advantage".

The conference organized by “IM Events” took place at the exposition stand of the Moscow Government in the course of the international trade fair Expo Real in Munich.
