AMD creates technologies for many various intellectual gadgets including personal computers, tablets, game consoles, and cloud servers. AMD technologies allow users around the world reveal the potential of the used gadgets and applications and go beyond common and traditional vision.

The office of AMD, which includes a server room and a special laboratory for testing innovative products, is located on the second floor of the new multi-functional building “Country Park III”.

Besides office surfaces of class “A”, a congress-hall, apartments and a Russian-German medical center, a joint project of BPS International and leading German clinics are part of “Country Park III”. Total area of “Country Park III” is 31.000 sq. m.

In 2014 “Country Park III” was awarded as the best facility of the year in the annual Commercial Real Estate Moscow Awards 2014 in the nomination “Best Multi-Functional Complex”.

Since 2004 the headquarters of such companies as VOLVO, Porsche, Mercedes Benz, BMW, SC Jonson, Nutricia, Kӓrcher, Yokohama, Nokian Tyres, etc. have been located in Country Park.
