All buildings have been designed and arranged on theterritoryto offer viewsof Butakovsky Bay and the waters of the Khimkinskoe Reservoir.Natural building materials – wood and stone were used in designing the restaurant and the yacht club.


Moscows Northwest District is considered the cleanest froman environmental standpoint.There areno industrial production plants, and the fresh west winds prevailing in Moscow pass throughlarge "green filters".
Most of the natural preserves are located here, including Serebryany Bor, Dolina Reki Skhodnya v Kurkino nature park, and the Moskvoretsky, Tushinsky and Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo natural historical parks.
Country Park follows the principle of maximum green space inside a building. The "phase 2" building has an atrium and a living roof with expansive green terraces designed for this purpose.
